What is Snugg’s return policy?
We’re obsessed with quality. So we can promise you the moon – or 2 of ‘em to be exact. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly replace them or refund you. Return shipping anywhere within South Africa is on us. Email us with an order number, and we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Remember, you must present two documents when you return an item you’ve purchased online to a store:
– Your dispatch note: This is given to you when your order is delivered.
- Your original tax invoice: This is emailed to you when you place your order.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Despite our best efforts, sometimes things happen. Please contact email@example.com and we’ll take care of it. We are more than happy to replace any damaged products. Please take a picture of your damages and include them in the mail.
